Services
The Empowered Learner provides tuition for K - 6 students in the areas of Reading, Synthetic Phonics, Comprehension, Writing, Grammar, Spelling, Public Speaking, Mathematics, Growth Mindset, as well as specialist intervention for Specific Learning Disorder Reading (Formerly known as Dyslexia), Specific Learning Disorder Writing (Formerly known as Dysgraphia) & Specific Learning Disorder Mathematics (Formerly known as Dyscalculia).
The Empowered Learner also provides support for 7 – 10 students in the areas of Specific Learning Disorder Reading (Formerly known as Dyslexia) and ‘Specific Learning Disorder Writing (Formerly known as Dysgraphia).

SESSION INFORMATION
The Empowered Learner offers one on one tuition tailored specifically to your child’s individual learning needs. Sessions run for 45 minutes which includes the lesson, home practice ideas, strategies and activities as well as parent feedback.
LEARNING ASSESSMENTS
Learning is informed by the assessment of student progress. Students are assessed upon enrolment in order to identify areas for improvement and subsequent assessment occurs throughout the term at the discretion of the tutor, parents and classroom teachers.
